After conducting a thorough analysis, we identified the need for an interdepartmental ticketing system that would facilitate communication and collaboration between teams.
SOLUTION:
We designed and implemented an interdepartmental ticketing system using Jira. The system allowed departments to share tickets and track progress, breaking down silo behavior and improving cross-functional communication. With this innovative solution, teams were able to collaborate seamlessly and work together effectively towards achieving their common goals.
RESULTS:
Our solution helped the company's 34 departments to communicate seamlessly and work together effectively towards achieving their common goals. The interdepartmental ticketing system improved cross-functional communication and enabled teams to break down silos, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency.
