CHALLENGE & BACKGROUND:
Goa Institute of Management(GIM) recognized the need to train students in HR Analytics, as the field is becoming increasingly important for organizations to make data-driven decisions. However, the institute lacked the resources and expertise to design and deliver an effective training program. After getting to know our expertise in technology , management consulting and analytics GIM approached us to equip students with the skills necessary to understand and apply HR Analytics concepts in real-world scenarios.
SOLUTION:
VRBIZTEC developed a comprehensive training program on HR Analytics that covered the concepts of data science and used Tableau for data visualization. The program was designed to be interactive and hands-on, with 16 sessions for each of the two classes.
RESULTS:
The training program was a success, with students reporting a better understanding of HR Analytics concepts and how to apply them in real-world scenarios. The use of Tableau for data visualization helped students to gain insights into HR data, which can be used to make informed decisions in the workplace. The program equipped students with the skills they need to be successful in the field of HR Analytics.
