CHALLENGE & BACKGROUND:
The client was facing challenges in understanding their business operations and performance due to the fragmented information systems, which created data silos and made it difficult to get a comprehensive view of the organization's operations . The challenge for us was to provide a comprehensive view of the organization's operations and performance by integrating various management information systems to eliminate data silos and provide real-time analytics.
SOLUTION:
The team developed an Integrated Business Analytics System using Qlik Sense that integrated various management information systems to eliminate data silos and provide real-time analytics. The system collected and analysed data from various sources, including machine costs, supplier performance, production planning, customer orders, sales, and procurement, to provide a comprehensive view of the organization's operations and performance.
RESULTS:
The Integrated Business Analytics System enabled the client to make data-driven decisions and gain insights into their business operations and performance. The system provided real-time analytics and visual dashboards that enabled the client to track machine costs and revenues, supplier performance, production planning, customer orders, sales, and procurement. As a result, the client was able to optimize their business processes, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. We were able to help them unlock savings of USD 15 Million on their inventory with the help of our safety stock analysis techniques.
