ROBUST QMS FOR CAPA RESOLUTION

A company needed a more effective way to manage corrective and preventive action requests (CARs) submitted by their customers. The existing system was outdated, inefficient, and lacked the necessary data analytics capabilities. In order to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and comply with industry regulations, the company approached VRBIZTEC to develop a robust quality management system to record, track, and analyze CARs. They wanted to be able to quickly identify root causes of issues, develop appropriate CAPA plans, and monitor progress towards resolution.
To address these challenges, we implemented a quality management system using JIRA Software. This provided a centralized location to record, track, and analyze CARs, as well as assign and monitor CAPA plans. The system allowed for efficient collaboration among team members and streamlined communication with customers.
The new quality management system enabled the company to improve their responsiveness to customer issues, reduce resolution times, and increase overall customer satisfaction. The robust data analytics capabilities provided valuable insights into root causes of issues, allowing for more effective and targeted CAPA plans. The system also improved internal communication and collaboration, leading to a more efficient and effective workflow.
