CHALLENGE & BACKGROUND:
The organization needed to eliminate subjectivity in determining the major inputs required for steel items as per purchase order requirements. SOLUTION:
We developed a Raw Material Management System using Qliksense to eliminate subjectivity in determining the major inputs required for steel items.
